By using Jubilancy.ai you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because you deserve to understand what you're agreeing to.

What Jubilancy is

Jubilancy.ai is an AI companion designed to help you understand your emotional patterns and reconnect with what makes you feel alive. It uses Claude (Anthropic's AI) to generate personalized reflections.

Jubilancy is not a therapist, doctor, mental health professional, or crisis service.

Important: Not a substitute for professional help

The reflections generated by Jubilancy are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service immediately.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Jubilancy.
• You're responsible for your account and the content you share.
• Don't share your account with others.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@jubilancy.ai.

Acceptable use

Don't use Jubilancy to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Share illegal content
• Impersonate others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• Spam or manipulate the public Discover feed
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

• The free tier allows 3 reflections per week, forever.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the price displayed at checkout.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no questions asked.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, but contact us if you have a special situation.
• We may change pricing in the future, but existing Pro subscribers will be grandfathered or notified in advance.

Your content

You own the reflections you write. By using Jubilancy, you grant us a limited license to process your content (via the Claude API) and store it on our infrastructure to provide the service.

When you choose to share a reflection as "Public" or "Close Friends," you're granting permission for that specific reflection to be displayed accordingly. You can change visibility or delete reflections at any time.

AI-generated content

Reflections generated by Jubilancy's AI are produced by the Claude language model. These responses are automatically generated and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or insights that don't apply to your situation. Use your own judgment.

No warranty

Jubilancy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the AI will always generate helpful responses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jubilancy.ai and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and notify Pro users by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
